Drug Warnings
Do not use Zidom-R if you are allergic to Omeprazole, Domperidone, or any component of the formulation. Patients with liver or kidney disease, gastrointestinal obstruction, heart rhythm disorders, or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding should use this medication with caution. Avoid self-medication and follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.
Drug–Drug Interactions: Zidom-R may interact with anticoagulants, certain antifungal drugs, antiretrovirals, other proton pump inhibitors, or medications that affect heart rhythm. Inform your doctor of all prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements you are taking.
Drug–Food Interactions: Zidom-R should be taken before meals for optimal effectiveness. Avoid alcohol and foods that aggravate acid reflux, such as spicy or fatty foods, as they may reduce the medication’s effectiveness.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with liver disease, kidney impairment, gastrointestinal obstruction, or heart rhythm abnormalities should use Zidom-R under strict medical supervision. Your doctor may monitor your condition and adjust the dosage to ensure safe and effective treatment.
