This drug should be taken orally with a glass of water. The prescription label's instructions should be followed. It may be consumed with or without meals. Don't chew or mash this medicine. Take your medicine on a consistent schedule. Never take your prescription more frequently than recommended. Only stop using this medicine abruptly if your healthcare provider advises you to. If you stop taking this drug too soon, there might be severe adverse effects or your illness could get worse.

Overdosage: If you believe you have taken too much of this medication, go to the emergency hospital or call a poison control centre right away.
NOTE: This medication is just for you. Don't give anybody else this medication.
The following side effects should be reported as soon as possible to your medical team:
1. Skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat are examples of allergic responses.
2. Bleeding symptoms include tiny, red or purple patches on the skin, bloody or black, tar-like faeces, red or dark brown urine, vomiting blood or brown material that resembles coffee grounds, and unusual bleeding or bruising.
3. Heart rhythm variations that cause chest discomfort, an erratic or rapid heartbeat, wooziness, faintness, or difficulty breathing
4. Low sodium levels can cause weariness, headaches, drowsiness, and muscular weakness.
5. Irritability, disorientation, twitching or rigid muscles, sweating, a high temperature, seizures, chills, nausea, and diarrhoea are all symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
6. Sudden eye discomfort or visual changes, such as blurriness, seeing haloes around lights, or loss of vision
7. Suicidal or self-destructive thoughts, deteriorating mood, and depressive symptoms
Generally speaking, side symptoms do not need medical treatment; nevertheless, if they persist or are unpleasant, please mention them to your care team.

5. Certain medications for depression, anxiety, or psychotic disturbances
6. Certain medications for irregular heart beat like propafenone, flecainide, encainide, and quinidine
7. Certain medications for migraine headache like almotriptan, eletriptan, frovatriptan, naratriptan, rizatriptan, sumatriptan, zolmitriptan
8. Cimetidine
9. Digoxin
10. Diuretics
11. Fentanyl
12. Fosamprenavir
13. Furazolidone
14. Isoniazid
15. Lithium
16. Medications that treat or prevent blood clots like warfarin, enoxaparin, and dalteparin
17. Medications for sleep
18. NSAIDs, medications for pain and inflammation, like ibuprofen or naproxen
19. Phenobarbital
20. Phenytoin
21. Procarbazine
22. Rasagiline
23. Ritonavir
24. Supplements like St. John's wort, kava kava, valerian
25. Tamoxifen
