SIDE EFFECTS OF BACLOF OD 20MG TABLET

COMMON:

    1- nausea, vomiting

    2- tiredness, sleepiness

    3- weak limbs, muscle pain

    4- constipation, diarrhoea, dry mouth

    5- lack of sleep, nightmares

    6- confusion, hallucination

    7- breathing difficulties

    8- vision problems

    9- urge to pass urine

    10- feeling unsteady or shaky

    11- feeling faint due to low blood pressure

    12- skin rash, sweating

    13- increased liver enzymes


DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Follow your physician's guidance and take the BACLOF OD 20MG TABLET as prescribed. Ingest the medication with a full glass of water, and refrain from crushing or chewing it. For optimal results, it is recommended to consume the tablet with a meal or accompanied by milk to prevent potential nausea.

A. Drug - Drug interactions:

Before taking BACLOF OD 20MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:

    1- other medicines used to relax muscles (Ex. tizanidine)

    2- medicines used to treat mood disorders or depression (Ex. lithium, amitriptyline)

    3- medicines used to treat high blood pressure (Ex. diltiazem)

    4- medicines used for pain management (Ex. ibuprofen, morphine)

    5- medicines used to treat Parkinson’s disease (Ex. levodopa or carbidopa)

    6- medicines used to treat allergies (Ex. promethazine)

    7- medicines used to induce sleep (Ex. temazepam)

    8- medicines used to treat fits (Ex. carbamazepine)
