Drug Warnings
Do not take Siorab-DSR if you are allergic to Rabeprazole Sodium, Domperidone, or any other ingredients of the capsule. Patients with liver or kidney impairment, heart disorders, or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding should use this medication cautiously. Avoid self-adjusting the dose without medical guidance.
Drug–Drug Interactions: Siorab-DSR may interact with certain antifungal drugs (e.g., ketoconazole), anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), antiarrhythmics, and medications affecting liver metabolism. Inform your doctor of all prescription, over-the-counter, and herbal products you are taking before starting therapy.
Drug–Food Interactions: Take Siorab-DSR on an empty stomach or as directed, ideally 30 minutes before food, to ensure optimal absorption. Limit alcohol consumption as it may worsen gastrointestinal discomfort and interfere with the effectiveness of the medication.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with liver disease, kidney impairment, cardiac arrhythmias, or electrolyte imbalances should use Siorab-DSR with caution. Regular monitoring by your doctor may be necessary to ensure safe and effective treatment.
