Drug Warnings
Do not take SB-D3 if you have hypercalcemia, kidney stones, or known hypersensitivity to Calcitriol, calcium, or zinc. Patients with kidney disease, heart problems, or hyperparathyroidism should use SB-D3 cautiously. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use to ensure safe administration.
Drug–Drug Interactions: SB-D3 may interact with thiazide diuretics, digoxin, corticosteroids, or other supplements containing calcium, vitamin D, or zinc. These interactions may increase the risk of elevated calcium levels or reduce drug effectiveness. Always inform your doctor about all medications and supplements you are taking.
Drug–Food Interactions: Take SB-D3 after meals for optimal absorption. Avoid excessive intake of calcium-rich foods or supplements beyond prescribed limits, as this may increase the risk of hypercalcemia. Limit alcohol consumption as it may affect bone metabolism and calcium balance.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, or cardiovascular conditions should use SB-D3 under strict medical supervision. Regular monitoring of calcium, phosphate, and kidney function may be required to ensure safe and effective use.
