Drug Warnings
Do not take Numicox-MR if you are allergic to Thiocolchicoside, Etoricoxib, or any other NSAIDs. Patients with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, stomach ulcers, or seizures should use this medicine cautiously. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy or drowsy after taking the tablet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should take Numicox-MR only under medical supervision.
Drug–Drug Interactions: Numicox-MR may interact with blood thinners (like warfarin), antihypertensives, diuretics, corticosteroids, and other pain-relieving medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen. It may also interact with certain antifungal and antibiotic drugs, increasing the risk of side effects. Always inform your doctor about all medications, supplements, or herbal products you are using before starting Numicox-MR.
Drug–Food Interactions: Take Numicox-MR after meals to help reduce stomach irritation and improve absorption. Avoid consuming alcohol during the course of treatment, as it may increase the risk of stomach bleeding and dizziness. Maintain a balanced diet and drink plenty of water for overall well-being.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with liver disease, kidney impairment, gastrointestinal bleeding, or cardiovascular disorders should use Numicox-MR under strict medical monitoring. Those with seizure disorders or muscle weakness should also consult their doctor before use. Regular check-ups may be required to ensure safe and effective treatment.
