Do not take Lilacin-150 if you are allergic to Clindamycin or lincomycin. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as colitis should use this medication cautiously, as it may worsen the condition. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems before starting treatment. Avoid taking Lilacin-150 unnecessarily for viral infections like the common cold or flu.
Drug–Drug Interactions: Lilacin-150 may interact with erythromycin, rifampicin, muscle relaxants used during surgery, and certain antifungal or antibiotic medications, which can alter its effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects. Always inform your doctor about all medicines, supplements, or herbal products you are currently taking.
Drug–Food Interactions: Lilacin-150 can be taken with or without food, but taking it after meals may reduce stomach upset. Avoid alcohol during the treatment, as it may irritate the stomach and interfere with recovery. Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with liver impairment, kidney disorders, or gastrointestinal diseases should use Lilacin-150 only under strict medical supervision.
