Drug Warnings
Do not use CARBOCAL-3 if you have kidney stones, severe kidney disease, or known hypersensitivity to any component. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, kidney disorders, or are taking other mineral supplements. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as excessive intake of calcium or vitamins may cause adverse effects.
Drug–Drug Interactions: CARBOCAL-3 may interact with certain antibiotics (like tetracyclines or quinolones), bisphosphonates, or other mineral supplements, which may affect absorption. Always inform your doctor about all medications and supplements you are taking.
Drug–Food Interactions: Take CARBOCAL-3 with food to enhance absorption and reduce stomach irritation. Limit excessive intake of caffeine or alcohol, as these can interfere with calcium absorption.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with kidney disease, heart problems, or a history of mineral imbalance should use CARBOCAL-3 under medical supervision. Your doctor may monitor mineral levels periodically to ensure safe and effective use.
