Drug Warnings: BISER (Diclofenac Potassium, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase Tablets) should be used only under medical supervision. Avoid using this medicine with other NSAIDs or medications containing Paracetamol, unless advised by your doctor, to prevent overdose or increased side effects.
Drug–Drug Interactions: BISER may interact with blood thinners (like warfarin), corticosteroids, other NSAIDs, antihypertensive medicines, and certain antibiotics. These interactions may increase the risk of bleeding, reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medications, or cause kidney problems. Always inform your doctor about all medicines being taken.
Drug–Food Interactions: Take BISER with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it can increase the risk of liver damage from Paracetamol and stomach irritation from Diclofenac.
