EBASTINE 10MG & PHENYLEPHRINE 10MG TABLET
EBASTINE+PHENYLEPHRINE is a medication commonly employed to alleviate symptoms associated with the common cold, including sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose, and watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory ailment primarily caused by rhinoviruses, a type of virus. These viruses typically enter the body through the mouth, nose, or eyes and are easily transmitted through airborne droplets when an infected individual sneezes, coughs, or talks.
EBASTINE+PHENYLEPHRINE is a medication comprising Ebastine, an antihistamine, and Phenylephrine, a decongestant. Ebastine falls under the category of antihistamines, which are effective in blocking the effects of histamine, a compound that triggers allergic responses. This medication aids in alleviating allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, and nasal stiffness. Meanwhile, Phenylephrine works to constrict blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby reducing nasal congestion and relieving stuffiness.
