Drug Warnings
ALLMEC PLUS Capsules are dietary supplements that should not replace a balanced diet. Patients with kidney or liver disorders, malabsorption syndromes, or vitamin metabolism disorders should use this medicine under medical supervision. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. Avoid taking excessive vitamin supplements without medical guidance.
Drug–Drug Interactions
ALLMEC PLUS may interact with:
- Anticonvulsants (e.g., phenytoin, phenobarbital, primidone) which can reduce vitamin absorption
- Levodopa (vitamin B6 may affect its activity)
- Metformin or proton pump inhibitors that may reduce vitamin B12 absorption
- Anti-cancer or antibiotic medications that interfere with vitamin metabolism
Always inform your doctor about all ongoing medications before starting this capsule.
Drug–Food Interactions: No major food interactions have been reported. For optimal absorption, take ALLMEC PLUS after meals. Limit alcohol consumption as it may interfere with folic acid and B-vitamin absorption.
Drug–Disease Interactions: Patients with severe liver or kidney disease, hematological disorders, or malabsorption conditions should take ALLMEC PLUS with caution. Discuss your full medical history with your doctor before starting therapy, especially if you have diabetes, neuropathy, or anemia.
